Personal Care
From assistance with toileting and use of incontinence aids, bathing, showering, washing, shaving, oral hygiene, getting dressed and more, we are here to help you.
Household Duties
We understand how difficult it can be maintaining a home, so our team can help you, we will ensure that you live well in a clean, tidy, and safe environment.
We can offer assistance with chores such as cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, laundry and many more.
Meal Preparation
Food is an essential need, and we will assist in preparing all types of delicious and nutritious meals catering to various dietary choices and requirements. Our team will work with the service user and their loved ones with their consent to plan meals, shopping lists, purchase ingredients, feeding and to serve and cook food at the service user’s home.
Medicine Administration
Our staff are trained to provide efficient medication administration. Administrating, supervising, assisting, and prompting are the ways we can support you. We can also provide assistance with ordering and collecting of prescriptions. *Please note, we only administer, assist or prompt medication that has been prescribed by the GP, Nurse, or Hospital.
Out and About
We also are able to assist service users outside of their home. This may include accompanied shopping, medical appointments, hospital visits, social outings.
As well as helping with these services, our reliable Care Assistants listen, provide you companionship and will be there for you.
